Laura Hero

Laura Hero is a distinguished professional whose career spans 26 years at USAA, where she left an indelible mark on the industry. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and raised two successful adult daughters.

Laura decided to retire from USAA and join the South Texas Healthcare Alliance because she recognized an opportunity to share the lessons she has learned to benefit customers.  As a licensed insurance agent, Laura seamlessly combines her financial acumen with a genuine passion for helping people. Her heart for others is evident in her approach to problem-solving, a skill that has become her hallmark. Whether tackling complex insurance challenges or providing strategic financial advice, Laura has consistently demonstrated an elite level of service throughout her career.
